Social Media Manager

Tecomsa, a leading provider of IT, telecom, and digital solutions, is seeking a Social Media Manager with a proven track record in managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage day-to-day activities on all social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in social media management.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and analytics/reporting tools.
Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing funnels is a plus.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
