We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, building insightful reports, and developing interactive dashboards for better data-driven decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, improve business processes, and support ongoing data initiatives.
Responsibilities:
● Use R for advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and trend analysis
● Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, to support business and clinical stakeholders
● Conduct data cleaning and validation to ensure high data integrity across multiple sources
● Translate complex data findings into clear, concise narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
● Perform predictive analytics and create forecasting models to support strategic planning and operational improvements
● Use SQL to query, manipulate, and automate data processing tasks
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, MIS or a related field
● 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst or a similar role
● Extensive experience using R on complex, real-world projects
● Proficiency in Tableau or other similar data visualization tools
● Hands-on experience with MySQL or other relational databases
● Solid experience with SQL is highly desirable
● Experience with programming languages (JavaScript, PHP, Python…) and Advanced Excel skills is a plus
● Experience with the Google ecosystem (Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Slides, AppsScript…) is a plus
